Koh Tao Pack license.
The Koh Tao Pack is sold for 500 THB as a one-time personal license. Your license is for your own use and is non-transferable. You may not resell it, share paid access, or bundle it outside an approved A Scuba Guide partner or bulk-code arrangement.
Fair-use device limit.
Personal access is intended for up to three devices you control, such as your phone, tablet and laptop. We may limit or review access that appears to be shared widely, automated, scraped or used as a shop-wide account.
No redistribution.
The dive site notes, species copy, photos, maps, diagrams and app screens may not be copied, republished, scraped, printed into a separate guide, uploaded into another product, or used to train or populate a competing database without written permission.
Dive safety.
A Scuba Guide supports briefings and study, but it does not replace a qualified instructor, divemaster, agency standards, local conditions assessment, boat captain advice, or safety judgement on the day. Forecasts and notes are informational, not a guarantee of underwater visibility or conditions.
Updates.
We expect to update site notes, species information and product features over time. Some content may change as local dive pros report corrections or as conservation partners improve the data.
