Frequently asked questions.
- Can I try it for free?
- Yes. Preview access is free, but it is granted by request while George is reviewing early users. The full Koh Tao Pack launches as a one-time 500 THB purchase with no recurring charge.
- Will it work on the boat without signal?
- Offline access is planned for launch on 15 August 2026. The goal is to load the pack before the boat leaves, then keep the site notes and species data available without signal.
- Do I need to be a certified diver?
- No. Snorkellers, Discover Scuba students, and qualified divers all use it. Each dive site lists its difficulty and depth so you can see what is in your reach.
