What we collect.
We may collect your email address, contact form details, partner program messages, purchase status, bulk-code records and basic account access data needed to provide the Koh Tao Pack. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by A Scuba Guide.
Why we use it.
We use this data to answer messages, provide app access, connect purchases to licenses, support refunds, manage partner shops, investigate misuse, and keep required transaction records.
Processors.
Stripe processes payments, receipts and purchase records. The website is designed to run on Cloudflare infrastructure. If email delivery or support tooling is enabled, those providers may process the contact details needed to send or respond to messages.
No ad tracking.
We do not use ad-tracking pixels, sell personal data, or build advertising profiles from your use of the site. If basic analytics are added later, they should be configured without cross-site ad tracking.
Your choices.
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected]. Some purchase and accounting records may need to be retained where law requires it.
