What we collect.
Contact forms collect the details you submit, such as name, email, school, location, cert body, team size and your message. Account pages collect email addresses used for sign-in and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by A Scuba Guide.
Why we use it.
We use this data to respond to early-access requests, manage pilot conversations, provide account access, check subscription status, prevent abuse and keep required billing records.
Where it is processed.
Website application data is designed to live in Cloudflare D1. Subscription and invoice data is processed by Stripe. If email magic links are enabled, delivery data is processed by the configured email provider.
Your choices.
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by using the contact form. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained where law requires it.
